Taking place from May to July along the east coast of South Africa, travelling right past the apartments in Port St Francis. The sardines however, are not the main attraction. Following them are a host of predators, including around 20,000 common dolphins, thousands of bronze whaler sharks (copper sharks), Cape fur seals, tens of thousands of Cape gannets and the biggest predator of all, the Southern Right Whale. A diverse eco system exists because of this huge migration.
